Alloy 25-6hn is a super-austenitic stainless steel containing 6% molybdenum, with nitrogen content improving its properties. The high nickel content of the 25-6hn alloy makes it thermally stable and resistant to stress corrosion cracking, and its unified numbering system is al-6xn. Compared with traditional austenitic stainless steel AISI 304 or 316L, 25-6hn alloy has significantly improved strength and corrosion resistance in most environments.
